Three Meal Prep Marinades
  1. For Korean BBQ marinade: Combine minced garlic, grated ginger, gochujang, light soy sauce, honey, and water. Mix until well combined, adding additional water as needed to reach desired consistency. Coat chicken thighs with marinade.

  2. For Greek Style marinade: Mix together Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, grated garlic, dried oregano, ground cloves, lemon zest, lemon juice, olive oil, and black pepper. Season with kosher salt to taste. Coat chicken thighs with marinade.

  3. For Harissa marinade: Combine quartered onion, quartered tomatoes, parsley, and garlic cloves. Mix in Greek yogurt, olive oil, harissa paste, lemon juice, turmeric powder, smoked paprika, and kosher salt. Add water as needed to thin. Coat chicken thighs with marinade.

  4. Allow marinated chicken to sit for at least 30 minutes before cooking for best flavor.
