Cook potatoes until tender and mash with boursin and butter. Season with salt and pepper.
Mix mince with onion, garlic, chili flakes, salt and pepper and roll into 2cm meatballs. Pan fry with a dash of oil on medium heat until browned.
Add soy sauces, sriracha and water and cook for a few more minutes until meatballs are cooked and sauce has reduced a bit.
