In a blender, combine the frozen strawberries and apple juice, then blend until smooth and set aside.
In another blender, add ice along with the Country Time pink lemonade and simply lemonade, then blend until everything is well mixed.
Place the fresh chopped strawberries at the bottom of a cup.
Pour the strawberry-apple juice mixture over the fresh strawberries in the cup.
Top it off with the blended pink lemonade mixture.
Garnish with additional fresh strawberries on the side and serve.
