3 Ingredient Flour Tortillas
  1. Combine the flour, water, olive oil and salt in a bowl. Mix well.

  2. Once a dough has formed, transfer it to a wel floured surface.

  3. Knead your dough, adding flour as required until the dough is no longer sticky (about 5-7 minutes).

  4. Cut your dough into 10-12 pieces, depending on desired size of tortillas. Roll your dough our into thin circles.

  5. Cook in a non-stick pan for 2-3 minutes on each side, until browned and cooked through.
