  1. In a bowl, combine cornstarch, flour, and salt. Mix lightly, then add the thinly sliced flank steak and toss until evenly coated.

  2. Lightly oil your air fryer basket and arrange the beef in a single layer. Spray the tops with additional oil and air fry at 400°F (205°C) for 12 minutes until crispy.

  3. While the beef cooks, combine soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, garlic, and water in a small pan. Bring to a simmer and cook until slightly thickened.

  4. Transfer the crispy beef to a bowl, pour over the sauce, and toss until evenly coated.

  5. Serve over a fresh bowl of rice and optionally garnish with sesame seeds and scallions.
