Tuna casserole
Boil desired about of noodles in salted water for 8-10 minutes
To a medium heat pan:
Add 2 tbsp butter
1 medium diced onion
2 medium diced cellery
Once soft
Add 2 tbsp flour
2 cups milk of your choice
Salt/Pepper/Cayenne
Once sauce is halfway thick
Add ½ cup frozen peas
Cook for 2-3 minutes
To a big bowl add noodles
Canned tuna
Sauce
Cheese to liking
season if necessary
Transfer to baking dish
Top with cheese and crushed chips
Bake for 5-10 minutes
