Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Flatten each piece of dough into a 3-inch circle. Spoon a small portion of the beef mixture onto the dough, place a mozzarella stick piece on top.
Wrap the dough around the filling, sealing the edges. Use the beaten egg as adhesive if needed. Form into a ball.
Mix panko, garlic powder, and dried dill. Brush each ball with melted butter and roll in the breadcrumb mixture.
Bake for 13-16 minutes until golden brown, or air fry for 8-10 minutes, shaking halfway through.
Allow to cool slightly, then garnish if desired. Serve with dipping sauces.
