Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.
Add the chicken breasts and cook until golden brown on both sides and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
In the same skillet, add garlic and sauté for about 1 minute.
Pour in the chicken broth and let it simmer for a few minutes.
Stir in the heavy cream, lemon pepper seasoning, lemon juice, and butter.
Bring the mixture to a simmer and let it cook until it thickens slightly.
Add the chicken breasts back to the skillet and simmer for a few more minutes.
Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
