Blend tomatoes, onion, garlic cloves, chicken bouillon, ground cumin, and sazón Goya with 2 cups of water to create a tomato base
Heat pot on high heat and add vegetable oil
Lower temperature and add fideo to the hot oil, stirring constantly until noodles turn golden brown
Lower temperature to low and add the tomato base, simmer for 5-7 minutes
Add remaining 4 cups of water and mix well
Add fresh parsley
Cover pot and let boil for 25-30 minutes until fideo is cooked
Serve hot
