Dynamite Sandwich
  1. Place the flour in a mixing bowl and make a well in the center.

  2. Add warm water, milk, yeast, and sugar into the center. Let it sit for 5 minutes.

  3. Then add the remaining ingredients and knead into a soft, smooth dough.

  4. Cover the dough and let it rise.

  5. After rising, divide it into 14 equal pieces and form balls. Cover them again and let them rise one more time.

  6. Roll each out (with a little flour) to approximately 15x13 cm.

  7. Spread some butter inside, brush the top with milk, and dip the top side into breadcrumbs.

  8. Transfer to a baking tray, score the tops, and bake in a 180°C (fan-assisted) oven until golden brown.

  9. Mix all ingredients for the chicken and let the mixture rest for at least 2 hours.

  10. Then coat each piece with flour and deep-fry until golden.

  11. After frying, dip them into a mixture of hot sauce and mayonnaise.
