Bang Bang Chicken Wings
  1. In a large bowl, mix together the garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, cornflour, baking powder, salt, and black pepper. Coat the chicken wings well.

  2. Air fry the chicken wings in the air fryer at 150°C for 20 minutes. For a crispy top, air fry at 200°C for 8-10 more minutes.

  3. Whisk together mayonnaise, sriracha, sweet chili sauce, garlic powder, and honey for the sauce. Adjust sriracha sauce according to spiciness preference.

  4. Toss the fried chicken wings in the sauce until evenly coated. You can do this in a large bowl or a resealable plastic bag.

  5. Transfer the coated wings to a serving platter and garnish with chopped coriander, green onions, or sesame seeds.
