Cook rice according to package instructions and set aside.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
Season chicken with salt and pepper, then cook until golden and fully cooked.
Add garlic, teriyaki sauce, soy sauce, and honey to the pan. Stir and cook for 2–3 minutes until the chicken is coated and slightly caramelized.
Assemble bowls by adding rice as the base.
Top with teriyaki chicken, sliced avocado, and cucumber.
Sprinkle sesame seeds and green onions on top. Serve warm.
