Coarsely chop raw shrimps with a knife or food processor.
Put the chunky chopped shrimps in a bowl. Add soy sauce, sesame oil, oyster sauce, white pepper powder, corn starch, green onions and shaoxing wine. Mix well and keep beating the shrimp mixture with chopsticks in one direction, until a sticky shrimp paste is formed.
In a pot, add water and chicken stock powder. Cook the broth until it boils.
Once the broth is boiling, roll shrimp paste in a ball by using two teaspoons. Add the shrimp balls into boiling broth.
Once the shrimp balls float, add bak choy and wonton wrapper. Cook for about 1 minute and it's done!
