Preheat your oven to 180°c
Mix the sausage meat and premade stuffing until fully combined
Roll out the puff pastry and spread the cranberry sauce, leaving a border around the edges
Lay the rashers out, then place the sausage meat mixture in the center and spread it out evenly
Roll it over so the sides with the border are on top of each other
Press down with a fork to seal it and cut them into your desired size
Place them on a lined baking tray, brush with the egg wash, and bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown
Check the center of the sausage reaches at least 71°c with a thermometer
