Chop and stir 2 stems of green onions, 1 Tbsp minced ginger, 3 Tbsp Korean chili flakes, and 1 tsp sesame seeds.
Heat ½ cup neutral flavored oil. Then, pour this over the green onions, ginger, chili flakes, and sesame seeds.
Over that mixture, add 1 Tbsp sesame oil, 3 Tbsp soy sauce, 1 Tbsp oyster or teriyaki sauce, and 2 Tbsp rice vinegar.
Stir and enjoy!
