Dice your mushroom, yellow onion, bell pepper, and cut your beef.
In a bowl, mix your kelp noodles with baking soda and lemon juice and let marinate for 10 minutes. Then rinse the noodles with running water and let it sit for 15 minutes before completely draining.
In a pan on medium heat coated with spray oil, sauté your mushrooms, yellow onion, bell pepper, spinach, and beef.
In your noodle bowl, mix together minced garlic, brown sugar, soy sauce, sesame oil, sesame seeds, and black pepper and salt to taste.
Turn the pan to low heat and add the noodles into the pan and sauté for 1-2 minutes and enjoy!
