Easy Gluten-free Hummus
  1. To a blender, add the drained chickpeas, tahini, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, cumin, salt, and water. Blend until smooth and creamy.

  2. I topped my hummus with chopped cherry tomatoes, cucumbers, shallot, olives, vegan feta, and parsley.

  3. Dip in your crackers, pita, and veggies in and enjoy!
