Baked Oatmeal (with banana on the bottom)
  1. Preheat oven to 375 F

  2. Mix dry ingridients (oats, ½ of the nuts, baking powder, spices, and salt)

  3. Mix wet ingridients (milk, vanilla, eggs, oil, nut butter, sugar)

  4. Mix these together and add blueberries

  5. Oil a 8x8 or 9x9 baking pans, place banana slices in the bottom, top with oatmeal mixture and remaining nuts/blueberries

  6. Bake 40-50 minutes or until set
