Tuna, Celery & Miso Smoosh
  1. Chop the celery and spring onions into small pieces. Drain your tuna, and juice your lemon.

  2. Combine all of the ingredients in a bowl before ‘smooshing’ over toast – or pitta bread, a bagel, or whatever you fancy. Top with finely chopped spring onions.
