    GLAZE

  1. Preheat your oven to 375 degrees and grease a loaf pan or line it with parchment paper. Set aside.

  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground turkey, grated zucchini and carrots, egg, almond flour, spices, coconut aminos, and ketchup.

  3. Incorporate until it’s a uniform mixture, then transfer to the loaf pan. Press down so the turkey mix fills the loaf pan and has a flat top.

  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the ketchup, coconut aminos, and maple syrup for the glaze. Pour the glaze on top, spread it evenly, and place the meatloaf in the oven.

  5. Bake for 50-65 minutes, or until the turkey is fully cooked at a temperate of 165 degrees. Remove from the oven and let cool completely before carefully removing the meatloaf from the pan and slicing into ~8 pieces.

  6. Enjoy immediately or store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to four days in an airtight container.
