Mix dough ingredients together
Form a smooth dough in bowl, cover and let rest for 30 minutes
Prepare the filling by adding scallions, flour, salt, and curry powder in a bowl
Heat oil until really hot then add to the scallion mixture
Mix filling and set aside
Cut dough into 5 balls and roll out into rectangles
Brush filling onto each rectangle
Roll up the dough
Roll again into a snail shape
Push down to create flakey layers
