Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Cut circles from puff pastry (small, medium, large). Bake 12–15 minutes until golden.
Spread sweet filling between layers. Stack largest on bottom, medium in middle, smallest on top.
Dust with powdered sugar, add strawberry hat, marshmallow trim, chocolate chip eyes, and candy nose.
Pipe whipped cream or frosting around bottom for Santa’s beard.
Let set for 10 minutes, dust again with sugar, and serve.
