Ina Garten's 3-ingredient Chicken Dinner
  1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.

  2. Loosen the skin of the chicken breasts without removing it.

  3. Tuck a hunk of goat cheese and a fresh basil leaf under the skin.

  4. Seal the skin back up.

  5. Top the chicken with olive oil, salt, and pepper.

  6. Bake in the oven for 35 to 40 minutes until the skin is lightly browned.

  7. Remove from the oven when the internal temperature reaches about 155 to 160 degrees.

  8. Let the chicken rest under foil for 10 minutes before serving.
