Egg Feta Wrap
  1. Add the eggs, feta, almond flour, salt, and pepper to a blender and blend until completely smooth.

  2. Pour about ½ cup of the mixture into the pan, swirling to coat evenly.

  3. Cook for 2–3 minutes until set, flip carefully, and cook another 30–60 seconds. Transfer to a plate and repeat with the remaining batter to make 4 wraps.

  4. Add the filling of your choice, roll each wrap tightly and slice in half before serving.
