Sheet Pan Steak And Veggies
  1. Place the cubed steak, chopped carrots, onions, bell peppers, and pre-washed fresh green beans on a baking sheet lined with non-stick foil.

  2. In a small bowl, mix together the ¼ cup extra virgin olive oil, ¼ cup balsamic vinegar, ¼ cup soy sauce, 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard, 1 tablespoon oregano, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, and 1 teaspoon onion powder.

  3. Pour the seasoning mixture over the ingredients on the baking sheet and toss to coat evenly.

  4. Bake at 425°F for 30 minutes.

  5. Enjoy the baked steak and veggies. You can also make this on a Sunday and separate it into containers for lunch or dinner meal prep for the week.
