Place the cubed steak, chopped carrots, onions, bell peppers, and pre-washed fresh green beans on a baking sheet lined with non-stick foil.
In a small bowl, mix together the ¼ cup extra virgin olive oil, ¼ cup balsamic vinegar, ¼ cup soy sauce, 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard, 1 tablespoon oregano, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, and 1 teaspoon onion powder.
Pour the seasoning mixture over the ingredients on the baking sheet and toss to coat evenly.
Bake at 425°F for 30 minutes.
