Crockpot Cream Cheese Chicken Chili
  1. Place chicken breasts in the bottom of the crockpot.

  2. Add black beans, corn, diced tomatoes with green chilies, chicken broth, cumin, chili powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

  3. Top with the block of cream cheese.

  4. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.

  5. Once the chicken is cooked through, shred it with a fork and stir everything together until well mixed and creamy.

  6. Serve hot with tortilla chips, shredded cheese, or sour cream.
