For the Turkey Meatballs: In a large bowl, combine the ground turkey, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic, salt, black pepper, oregano, cumin, and parsley. Mix until well combined.
Form the mixture into 1-inch meatballs.
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the meatballs and cook for 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally, until cooked through.
For the Tzatziki Sauce: In a small bowl, mix together the Greek yogurt, grated and drained cucumber, garlic, lemon juice, dill, and salt.
To Assemble the Bowl: Place the cooked rice in the bottom of a bowl. Top with the cooked turkey meatballs, cherry tomatoes, cucumber slices, red onion, and bell peppers.
Drizzle the tzatziki sauce over the top and garnish with fresh dill and black pepper.
