Marinate the chicken in soy sauce, garlic, sesame oil, egg and some black pepper for 15 mins
While it's marinating, mix all sauce ingredients together
Coat chicken in cornflour and airfry on 200° for 12 mins (brush bottom of airfryer with oil or oil spray and brush top of chicken too with oil spray or oil)
Heat your sauce up in a pot until it bubbles for a few mins
Pour over the chicken and toss together
Garnish with fresh chives and fresh chilli if you want
Serve with rice
