Wife me up! Chili Garlic Noodes
  1. Mince Garlic

  2. Grate knob of Ginger

  3. Dice up Green Onions, separate greens and whites

  4. In a bowl, mix Soy Sauce, Black Vinegar, Sugar, Gochugaru, and Sesame Seeds (to taste) to create the sauce.

  5. In a hot pan, add oil, Garlic, Green Onion whites, and Ginger. When fragrant, add ground pork. Cook until brown, adding salt to taste, then add Sauce.

  6. In a large pan, cook noodles until al dente, then add to sauce with a bit of pasta water. Mix until combined, and sauce coats noodles. Add Green Onion greens and serve.
