Gouda Cheese Hash Brown Bake
  1. Thaw hash browns and place in large bowl.

  2. Add shredded Gouda cheese.

  3. Saute onions and garlic until translucent in 1-2 T. olive oil and add to bowl.

  4. Add salt and pepper to taste.

  5. Mix together.

  6. Mix salt and msg into heavy cream and stir until combined.

  7. Put hash brown mixture in a greased 9 x 13 pan.

  8. Drizzle the heavy cream mixture over the hash browns in the pan.

  9. Bake in 350 degree oven for 1 hour.

  10. Remove from oven, cover with foil and let sit for 10 minutes before serving.

  11. Cut in squares and serve.
