Veggie Packed Cottage Cheese Bread
  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C.

  2. Mix all the ingredients in one bowl until well combined, use your hands if needed

  3. Form the dough into an oval loaf shape with wet hands on some baking parchment, pressing it firmly together. keep the loaf the same height throughout and not too thick otherwise this will affect cooking times.

  4. Bake at 180°C for 60 minutes (or until cooked through)
