Raspberry Coconut Bark
  1. Line a baking sheet or a cutting board with parchment paper.

  2. Place raspberries on the parchment paper and gently flatten them with a rolling pin or the bottom of a glass.

  3. Drizzle coconut butter over the flattened raspberries and spread it evenly.

  4. Pour melted white chocolate over the raspberries and coconut butter.

  5. Sprinkle shredded coconut on top.

  6. Place the baking sheet in the freezer for about 1 hour or until the treats are firm.

  7. Once frozen, remove from the freezer and enjoy your deliciously refreshing raspberry coconut treats.
