Melt together chocolate, spread and butter over a double boiler or in the microwave - mixing in 20 sec intervals.
Whisk together eggs and sugar till slightly pale
Mix in the melted mixture
Sift in the flour. Add chopped pistachios and a pinch of salt. Mix until well incorporated
Coat ramekins in butter and dust with flour. Pour mixture into ramekins. This recipe should make 2 or 3 depending on size of the ramekins. Fill to the top - this mixture does not rise.
To cook: Airfry in a preheated airfryer at 160C for 8-10 mins (I advise to cover the ramekins with foil if air frying to avoid the top burning due to the hot air) Or bake in a preheated oven at 200C/fan 180C/gas 6 for 10-12 mins. Allow to sit for 2 mins before turning out onto a plate.
Cooking times may vary depending on your make of Airfryer. The top should have formed a crust and sides slightly coming off the ramekin.
