Tomato and Ricotta Pasta
  1. Wash the cherry tomatoes, cut them in half, place them in a baking dish, add garlic, salt, and drizzle with olive oil

  2. Bake at 190°C for 40 minutes

  3. Add the ricotta, parmesan, and basil to the roasted tomatoes and garlic. Blend in a blender. Add some pasta water if needed

  4. Combine the pasta with the sauce, heat and serve
