Spinach Artichoke Dip (à la Olive Garden)
  1. Preheat your oven to 350℉ (175)℃.

  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, mayonnaise, shredded parmesan, minced garlic, dried basil and garlic powder.

  3. Stir in the chopped artichokes, drained spinach, and fresh parsley, making sure they are evenly distributed throughout the mixture.

  4. Transfer the mixture to a greased oven-safe baking dish or cast-iron skillet.

  5. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella evenly over the top of the dip.

  6. Bake the dip in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the dip is bubbly and the cheese on top is golden brown.

  7. Remove the dip from the oven and let it cool slightly before serving.

  8. Serve with your favorite tortilla chips, crispy pita chips, or crusty bread for dipping. Enjoy!
