Cook sausage fully, then drain fat off and dab with paper towels until fat is removed
Chop croissants and place in a buttered
9 X 13 pan
Combine cheeses, cooked sausage, onions & parsley and toss with chopped croissants in pan
Whip eggs until smooth & frothy then stir in cream, milk, salt, pepper, garlic powder & hot sauce or red pepper
Pour this mixture evenly over the croissant cheese mixture in the pan
Cover with Saran Wrap and put in fridge overnight
Remove from fridge & bake for 40 minutes at 350 degrees
