3 Lentil Dosa
  1. Thoroughly rinse lentil until water is clear and soak 4/6 hours or overnight. Drain (can't reuse that water) and rinse.

  2. Place in food processor with remaining ingredients. Blend until smooth.

  3. Heat large nonstick skillet and coat with neutral cooking oil. Pour in ⅓ cup batter and swirl into a circle. Cover for 2 mins.

  4. Drizzle sides with oil and cook until edges are golden brown then flip into a half moon shape.

  5. Serve with chutney and potato.
