Slice French bread in half, pinch some of the bread out to make room for filling.
Melt butter and minced garlic together and brush over French bread.
In a bowl mix together, crab, green onions, @lifewaykefir farmer cheese, whipped cream cheese, and sour sauce together until smooth.
Add a layer of mozzarella onto French bread, then the crab Rangoon filling, top with mozzarella cheese.
Bake at 350 degrees for 12-15 minutes.
Broil for 2-3.
Top with sweet chili sauce and green onions.
