Make the sesame dressing by combining the olive oil, sesame oil, rice vinegar, soy sauce, maple syrup, and minced ginger and garlic.
Add the cooked quinoa, edamame, chopped vegetables, cashews, and cilantro to a bowl.
Drizzle the sesame dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
Sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
