Easy Indian Mint Sauce
  1. Place coriander leaves, mint leaves and green chilli in a small blender jar. Process smooth. Add 2-3 Tablespoon of water to bring it together.

  2. In a small mixing bowl, spoon in the yogurt.

  3. Now add the green herbs mixture, salt, sugar, cumin powder, garam masala, and lemon juice to the yogurt.

  4. Whisk them together, until well combined. Cover the bowl and chill until you are ready to serve.
