Combine everything
Bake at 180*C for 20-25min (or less if you want it really fudgy…), (I used a small silicone tray; you might need to bake it for longer if you use a steel tray)
For the chocolate cream option 1: mix cocoa powder, water, and sweetener of choice (edit: use less water and add 50g (¼cup) maple sirup->it won't get as dry)
For the chocolate cream option 2: mix 100g (½cup) runny peanutbutter (or any nut butter) and 50g (¼ cup) melted choc chips, add sweetener of choice
For the chocolate cream option 3: mix 45g (3 tablespoons) nut butter, 30-45g (2 - 3 tablespoons) maple syrup, and 7g (1 tablespoon) cacao powder
For the lazy option: just use 150g (½cup) (vegan) choc spread
