Instant (no Cook) Butter Pecan Pudding Mix
  1. Combine Dry Ingredients: In a large bowl, whisk together the ingredients and store in a cool, dry place for up to 3 months.

  2. To Make: In a mixing bowl, combine ½ cup of the pudding mix with 1 cup of milk or half and half. Whisk vigorously for about 2 minutes, or until the mixture starts to thicken.

  3. Pour into serving dishes and refrigerate for at least 5–10 minutes to set fully. Optional: Top with toasted pecan pieces, caramel sauce, or whipped cream before serving.
