  1. Mix Quark, eggs, sugar, vanilla & salt until creamy.

  2. Fold in flour + baking powder → dough should be thick but smooth.

  3. Heat oil to ~170 °C / 340 °F.

  4. Scoop small portions, fry until golden (4–5 min).

  5. Roll warm in cinnamon sugar.
