Cook your ground beef, strain the fat.
Dehydrate the meat in an oven or dehydrator. If using an oven you can dehydrate at 300 F. Just stick a wooden spoon in the oven for proper circulation. This will take about 4 hours.
Blitz the dried beef until small and crumbly.
Melt your tallow and add the honey and sea salt.
Pour the tallow-honey mixture over your crispy fried beef.
Add optional freeze-dried fruit.
Place in the fridge for a few hours until hardened.
Cut and wrap individually with parchment paper.
