Homemade Carnivore Bars
  1. Cook your ground beef, strain the fat.

  2. Dehydrate the meat in an oven or dehydrator. If using an oven you can dehydrate at 300 F. Just stick a wooden spoon in the oven for proper circulation. This will take about 4 hours.

  3. Blitz the dried beef until small and crumbly.

  4. Melt your tallow and add the honey and sea salt.

  5. Pour the tallow-honey mixture over your crispy fried beef.

  6. Add optional freeze-dried fruit.

  7. Place in the fridge for a few hours until hardened.

  8. Cut and wrap individually with parchment paper.
