Doctor's Kitchen 3 Ingredient Spinach Wraps
  1. Gather and prepare your ingredients

  2. Place the oats into a blender and blend until you have a flour-like consistency

  3. Add the spinach, water and salt and blend again until you have a smooth batter

  4. Heat a small amount of olive oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat

  5. Pour in the batter and gently swirl it around the pan or use the back of a spoon, until you have a wide flat surface (use a US ½ cup measure for even wraps)

  6. Cook for 3-4 minutes on each side

  7. Repeat until you have used up all of the batter
