Pan-sear two New York strip steaks in olive oil
Finish steaks with 3 tbsp butter for basting
Remove steaks from pan
In the same pan, sauté 1 diced shallot until soft
Add 1 tsp garlic, ½ tsp smoked paprika, ½ tsp chicken bouillon, ½ tsp Italian seasoning, ½ tsp Cajun seasoning, and salt to taste
Stir in ½ tbsp tomato paste
Deglaze pan with 1 cup chicken broth
Pour in 1 quart heavy cream and 1 cup Parmesan
Simmer until thick and creamy
Toss sauce with 1 lb cooked rigatoni
Bowl pasta and top with sliced steak
