Heat 1 tbsp oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
Add ground chicken, breaking it apart and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
Push the chicken to the side of the pan and add the remaining oil and the broccoli.
Stir fry for 3-4 minutes, allowing the broccoli to brighten in color but still maintain a bit of crunch.
Whisk together the sauce ingredients.
Pour sauce over chicken and broccoli evenly.
Cook for another 1-2 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds and serve with rice.
