Preheat oven to 400 F.
To a large baking dish add cod fish, onions, cherry tomatoes, zucchini and Kalamata olives.
Drizzle olive oil over top and season with salt, pepper, and lemon and herb seasoning.
Squeeze lemon juice over top and add lemon slices.
Bake for about 25-30 minutes; broil for final few minutes.
Garnish with parsley.
