Raspberry Lemonade Blondies
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F

  2. Mix room temperature butter and white sugar together

  3. Add eggs, lemon juice, lemon zest, and salt to the butter mixture

  4. Mix until well combined

  5. Add flour and mix by hand until just combined

  6. Gently fold in fresh raspberries

  7. Pour mixture into a buttered pan and spread evenly

  8. Bake for 25 minutes until golden edges appear and middle is set

  9. Cool completely before removing from pan

  10. Whisk together powdered sugar, raspberry jam, lemon juice, and lemon zest to make glaze

  11. Flip cooled blondies upside down onto a plate

  12. Spread glaze evenly over the top

  13. Let glaze set for 20 minutes before serving
