Preheat oven to 350°F
Mix room temperature butter and white sugar together
Add eggs, lemon juice, lemon zest, and salt to the butter mixture
Mix until well combined
Add flour and mix by hand until just combined
Gently fold in fresh raspberries
Pour mixture into a buttered pan and spread evenly
Bake for 25 minutes until golden edges appear and middle is set
Cool completely before removing from pan
Whisk together powdered sugar, raspberry jam, lemon juice, and lemon zest to make glaze
Flip cooled blondies upside down onto a plate
Spread glaze evenly over the top
Let glaze set for 20 minutes before serving
