Prepare all vegetables and proteins by cutting into desired sizes
Throw all ingredients into a freezer container
Freeze until ready to use
To reheat in microwave: transfer to a microwave-safe dish and add an additional ½ cup of water (1 cup total)
Cover and microwave for 5-8 minutes until everything is cooked to your liking
Alternatively, transfer to a pot with an additional ½ cup of water and boil on stove for approximately 15 minutes until done
Optional: drizzle with sesame oil when finished cooking
